Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Coimbatore. The Salesperson will drive sales growth by identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting Cosmos’ range of CNC and imported machine tools. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, advising clients on technical solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the service team to guarantee excellent customer satisfaction. The role also entails staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive knowledge and proposals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Technical knowledge of CNC machine tools, machining centers, and related machinery or the interest and ability to quickly learn
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional sales presentations and proposals
- Experience in B2B sales and a background in the manufacturing or machinery industry is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and travel as required for client meetings and business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
