Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role based in Bhiwandi, with opportunities for partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Salesperson will conduct market research, present product demos, negotiate contracts, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape. Ability to conduct effective market research.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and provide tailored solutions.
- Work Setup: Adaptability to work both on-site in Bhiwandi and remotely as part of a hybrid work arrangement.
- Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, and proficiency in CRM software are preferred. Experience in relevant industries will be an advantage.
