Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site salesperson role based in the Pune District. The salesperson will focus on building relationships with clients, understanding their packaging needs, and promoting Carry Own’s custom packaging solutions. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, contacting potential clients, presenting our product offerings, negotiating prices, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining client records, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the marketing team to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Negotiation
- Ability to conduct Market Research and competitive analysis
- Knowledge of packaging or branding industries is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment
- Proficiency in English and local languages is advantageous
