Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting real estate solutions, and fostering long-term client relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, coordinating property site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may involve collaborating closely with internal teams to meet sales goals and maintain customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Market Research, Lead Generation, and Strategic Selling experience
- Customer-Service Orientation and ability to foster long-term relationships
- Familiarity with real estate processes and industry trends is an advantage
- Proactive attitude with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in relevant sales tools and software will be considered a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Local knowledge of Hyderabad and nearby markets is an added advantage
