Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Delhi. The Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized assistance in selecting fine jewelry that aligns with their preferences and budget. Responsibilities include explaining product features and certifications, presenting design and customization options, and guiding customers through the complete purchase process. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience that reflects BlueStone’s omnichannel brand. The Salesperson will also handle basic billing, coordinate with backend teams for orders and deliveries, and capture customer feedback and contact details for future engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
- Proven aptitude for consultative selling, negotiation, and closing sales in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional, customer-centric approach.
- Basic comfort with digital tools and POS systems to support omnichannel sales and billing processes.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to maintain store presentation, product displays, and inventory hygiene.
- Prior experience in jewelry, lifestyle, or premium retail is an advantage, but candidates from other sales backgrounds with strong motivation are welcome.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail business requirements.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, retail, or a related field is beneficial.
