Role Description
The Salesperson will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building strong customer relationships. Key tasks will include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. As part of your role, you will need to stay updated on industry trends and market insights to identify opportunities for growth. This is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship building
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry is highly advantageous
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
