Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Vijayawada. The Salesperson will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and promoting the use of the company’s natural skincare products. Key tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting product benefits, closing sales, and providing exceptional post-sales support. Collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and gathering customer feedback will also be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Reaching to different stores
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide personalized product recommendations and excellent customer service
- Knowledge of skincare products and market trends; experience in the personal care industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in basic computing and documentation
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
