Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Muvattupuzha. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their interior requirements, and providing tailored solutions using Bethliving products. Regular tasks include reaching sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the in-house design and production teams. The role also involves developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Conversion
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Capacity to work in a target-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of or an ability to learn about modular interiors, materials, and sustainable design
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales-related software is a plus
- Proactive mindset, customer-centric approach, and readiness to work on-site full-time in Muvattupuzha
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
