Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Pali. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling Bajaj Finserv’s financial products, including lending, insurance, and investment solutions, to new and existing customers. Daily tasks include identifying prospects, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding customers through application and documentation processes. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with internal teams for approvals and service support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will regularly track market trends, gather customer feedback, and participate in local promotional activities to enhance business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful customer relationships.
- Customer service and relationship-management skills, including active listening and clear, respectful communication.
- Basic financial literacy and the ability to quickly understand and explain lending, insurance, and investment products.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer accounts, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, mobile apps, and basic office software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Pali, with readiness to travel locally for customer visits and partner meetings as needed.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or field sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
