Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Varanasi. The role involves promoting and selling Amul’s products to both existing and new customers. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients to identify their needs, building relationships, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. The candidate will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for expanding market reach.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and build lasting relationships
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and familiarity with sales-related software
- Problem-solving skills and an ability to understand customer preferences and feedback
- Experience in FMCG or dairy product sales is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational and time-management skills
