Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Noida. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, engaging with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include conducting market research, presenting product offerings, maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation and customer acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address client concerns and close deals
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in the lubrication or industrial products industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
