We're Hiring: Remote Business Development / Sales Partner (Pan India)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere in India)
Compensation: Performance-Based (High Earning Potential)

What You'll Do
- Identify and approach potential clients across India.
- Generate leads through your preferred channels (networking, LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, etc.).
- Present AirDive Technologies' services to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with our team during client discussions when needed.
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Background as a freelance sales professional, business development executive, marketing professional, consultant, or similar client-facing role.
Existing professional network that can be leveraged to acquire B2B clients in India.
Familiarity with selling technology services such as web and mobile development, CRM/ERP solutions, AI and automation, UI/UX, cloud/DevOps, or related offerings.
Experience working on a performance-based or commission-only compensation model.
Ability to work remotely from anywhere in India with flexible hours.
