We're growing fast and looking for experienced sales professionals from the Sanitaryware & Ceramic Industry to expand our Ceramic Raw Materials business.

Open Position📍 Sales Executive – Ceramic Raw Materials (Kaolin)

What You'll Do
- Develop new business with sanitaryware, ceramic tile, tableware, porcelain, and allied ceramic manufacturers.
- Promote and sell Kaolin, Feldspar, Quartz, Ball Clay, Silica, and other ceramic raw materials.
- Meet purchase teams, production heads, plant heads, and technical teams.
- Arrange product samples, coordinate plant trials, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Coordinate dispatches, payment collections, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience (No Freshers).
- Candidates currently working in or having prior experience with the Sanitaryware Industry will be highly preferred.
- Experience in ceramic raw materials, industrial minerals, ceramic chemicals, or allied industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Kaolin applications, brightness/whiteness, particle size distribution (PSD), moisture, and ceramic body formulations.
- Existing relationships with ceramic manufacturers, sanitaryware companies, procurement teams, production heads, or R&D departments will be a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and regular customer visits.
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives + Travel Reimbursement
