Role Summary
Ayraa is seeking a customer-focused and motivated Salesperson to join our team. This role involves managing both in-store and online sales while assisting customers in selecting outfits that align with their style and comfort.
Success in this position is defined by the ability to build strong customer relationships, drive consistent sales, and represent the brand with authenticity and professionalism. The role plays an integral part in shaping the overall customer experience across both physical and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions
- Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their preferences and requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Manage sales at the store as well as at external events and exhibitions
- Handle online inquiries and orders through platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and maintain strong product knowledge
- Support inventory coordination and order management
- Comfortable representing the brand on social media, including appearing in reels, posts, and other digital content when required
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Interest in fashion and styling, particularly in women’s wear
- Ability to manage both online and offline sales interactions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable
- Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory
