🚨 WE ARE HIRING – THIRUVARUR 🚨
We are a growing FMCG distribution agency in Thiruvarur and are looking for dedicated candidates to join our team.
🔹 SALESMAN
Responsibilities:
• Visit all allocated retail shops (small and large stores) in the assigned area.
• Follow the daily route plan and market coverage schedule.
• Take orders from retailers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Ensure regular shop visits and product availability.
• Achieve daily order booking targets of ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000.
• Report market feedback and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Physically fit for daily field work.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Previous FMCG sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits:
• ₹650 – ₹800 per day based on performance and target achievement.
• Petrol expenses will be covered for candidates using their own vehicle.
• Travel allowance/bus fare will be provided for candidates without a vehicle.
🔹 SUPPLIER
Responsibilities:
• Deliver products to retail shops according to delivery schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods.
• Maintain proper records of delivered items.
• Coordinate with retailers and warehouse staff when required.
Requirements:
• Physically fit and able to handle product loading and unloading.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Previous delivery or distribution experience is preferred but not mandatory.
🔹 DRIVER
Responsibilities:
• Drive the company vehicle for product distribution and deliveries.
• Ensure products are delivered safely and on time.
• Follow assigned delivery routes.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep.
• Coordinate with suppliers and retailers during deliveries.
Requirements:
• Valid driving license.
• Safe driving record.
• Knowledge of Thiruvarur and nearby areas is preferred.
• Responsible and punctual.
