Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Professional based in Delhi. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote P.S STEEL's range of products and services. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and maintaining detailed customer records. While the position is centered in Delhi, some remote work arrangements are available.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in sales and the ability to negotiate contracts effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with steel products and their applications is an advantage.
- Organizational Skills and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating sales documents and interacting with clients.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and working independently in a hybrid work setting.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
