Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative for an on-site role in Faridabad. The Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing product information, and addressing inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring merchandise displays are well-organized and visually appealing. The role also requires handling payment processes and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service: Proven ability to sell products and provide high-quality assistance to customers while building strong relationships.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively connect with customers and team members.
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding or willingness to learn about electronic and home appliance products like air conditioners, LED TVs, and more.
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure the store remains presentable and organized.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred, but not mandatory. A friendly and proactive attitude is essential.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certifications in sales is a plus.
