Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward quick resolutions 3. Educate users on product features, upgrades, and best practices 4. Share insights from conversations to help product and tech teams 5. Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty 6. Track personal performance and share weekly updates with the support lead 7. Help us hit key support metrics: fast resolutions, high CSAT, customer retention and better product usage What You Bring 1. Strong written and verbal communication 2. Problem-solving mindset and ownership-driven attitude 3. Patience, empathy, and a true love for helping customers 4. Ability to learn fast and explain complex things simply 5. A hunger to grow in a fast-paced, SaaS environment 6. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
