Role Description The Salesforce Trainer will design and deliver Salesforce-focused training programs for corporate and classroom learners in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site sessions and some work-from-home flexibility for preparation, online classes, and content development. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning curricula, creating training materials, conducting interactive lectures and hands-on workshops, and assessing learner progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations. The trainer will customize content to different skill levels, provide one-on-one mentoring when needed, and stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure training remains current. Collaboration with the academy’s training coordinators and other technical faculty to continuously improve course quality and learner outcomes is also expected.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Software Development skills relevant to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Candidates should possess Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills to effectively deliver technical concepts to diverse learner groups.
- Experience with Salesforce (Administrator, Developer, or Consultant roles) and familiarity with Salesforce certifications is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, structured manner.
- Proven experience in corporate or professional training environments, preferably in CRM or cloud-based platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
- Ability to design training content, manage classroom dynamics, and adapt teaching methods to in-person and online delivery.
