About the Company
We are seeking a Salesforce Tester responsible for validating applications built on the Salesforce platform. The role involves functional, regression, and automation testing to ensure high-quality CRM solutions.
About the Role
The Salesforce Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications through various testing methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional and regression testing on Salesforce applications
- Validate standard modules like Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and Cases
- Test custom features including workflows, validation rules, and Lightning components
- Execute and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data
- Perform API and integration testing using tools like Postman
- Log and track defects using JIRA
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Required Skills
- Understanding of testing concepts (STLC, defect lifecycle)
- Experience in selenium Java and test case design
- Basic knowledge of Apex (for advanced roles)
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium
- Knowledge of API testing
- Experience with version control (Git)
