Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional and configuration aspects of Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Configure and customize Salesforce based on business needs
- Collaborate with technical teams for development and integrations where required
- Provide functional expertise on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities
- Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices
- Create and maintain documentation including requirement specs, process flows, and user guides
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Functional Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features
- Ability to guide business users on Salesforce capabilities and best practices
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution mapping
- Knowledge of business processes like lead-to-opportunity, case management, and customer lifecycle
Technical/Configuration Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, including:
- Roles and Role Hierarchies
- Profiles and Permission Sets
- Custom and Standard Objects
- Page Layouts and Lightning Record Pages
- Record Types
- Validation Rules and Workflow Rules
- Reports and Dashboards
- Process Builder / Flow
- Understanding of basic Salesforce architecture and data model
- Exposure to Apex or Lightning components is a plus
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interact with business teams and translate requirements into solutions
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
- Prior experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
