Role Purpose
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, CTI, Knowledge, Entitlements, SLAs).
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL/SOSL.
Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft).
Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools.
Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Digital Engagement (Chat, Email-to-Case).
