We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Tech Specialist to design and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce architecture, along with proven leadership in guiding development teams and engaging with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, analysis, and prioritization
- Architect scalable and high-performance solutions on Salesforce CRM
- Drive development using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce configurations
- Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring code quality and best practices
- Perform code reviews and enforce governance standards
- Handle client communication, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs
- Oversee integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services
- Manage release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC: design, development, testing, and deployment
- Work closely with cross-functional and offshore teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Expertise in:
- Apex development
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce configuration and customization
- Hands-on experience with Web Service Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience in AppExchange product development
- Strong understanding of technical design and architecture
- Experience in CI/CD, release management, and version control
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
