Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: Noida
Experience: 5+ Years
Role Overview
We are looking for 2 Salesforce Tech Leads with strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and business ownership mindset. The role involves leading delivery across multiple projects, managing teams, and ensuring successful execution aligned with business and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements
- Manage and mentor a team of developers and consultants
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective planning and prioritization
- Own project delivery, timelines, and quality of outcomes
- Drive project management activities including planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Manage P&L aspects of projects including effort estimation, resource utilization, and cost optimization
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks
- Drive solution design across multiple Salesforce clouds
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and delivery challenges
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience
- Hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Strong technical expertise in:
-Apex
-Lightning Web Components (LWC)
-Flows and Integrations
- Proven experience in team handling and technical leadership
- Strong understanding of project management and delivery lifecycle
- Exposure to P&L management / financial ownership of projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile
- Experience in a Tech Lead / Project Lead role
- Exposure to end-to-end project delivery and client-facing roles
- Experience handling large or complex implementations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
