Role Purpose:

The Salesforce Technical Consultant will serve as a key technical expert, responsible for designing, building, and delivering Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with project teams, lead technical implementation, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires strong hands-on Salesforce experience, the ability to identify risks early, apply best practices, and recommend effective technical approaches across the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Understanding business requirements and translating these into technical solutions
• Implementing agreed design of the project
• Working as a team and always helping the project team deliver their workload
• Being a subject-matter expert in one or more of the following Salesforce Clouds - Sales, Service, Community cloud, SFI, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, FSL and the Lightning (Force.com) Platform
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with the Senior Technical Consultants/ Technical Leads to conduct design/ code reviews during major project milestones.
• Work directly with clients.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. Promote and implement Salesforce best practices across projects to ensure consistency and long-term maintainability.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s/master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM implementation and consulting.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder) and Apex/Visualforce/LWC development.
• Understanding and working knowledge of integrating third-party components with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs or Data Loader
• Strong hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOCL, and DML for customization and development.
• Experience completing multiple end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects requiring integration into legacy and other ERP systems using Salesforce APIs
• Experience building applications using No-Code/Low Code applications using Flow builder and Process builder.
• Experience in object modelling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time along with handling fast paced situations.
• Handle Salesforce admin side implementations and configurations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

• Salesforce certifications such as:

1. Salesforce Certified Administrator,

2. Platform Developer I & II,

3. Salesforce Certified Consultant (Sales/Service Cloud)

• Exposure to Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Enterprise Patterns, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in Agile environments, JIRA, and deployment tools with sprint-based delivery.
