Job Role: Senior Technical Architect – DevOps (Salesforce)
JD:
- 14+ years of IT experience with 10+ years on the Salesforce platform and 8+ years in enterprise DevOps/CI/CD architecture.
- Define enterprise DevOps strategy, governance, Platform Engineering, release management, and operating models for large Salesforce transformations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce DX, Metadata API, Salesforce CLI, Apex, LWC, environment strategy, and release management.
- Hands-on expertise with Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Git, Bitbucket, and Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, GitOps, Terraform/IaC, Docker, Kubernetes, security, monitoring, and observability platforms.
- Experience with AI engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and Cursor, plus enterprise pre-sales, RFP/RFI, PoCs, and executive stakeholder management.
- Salesforce Architecture certification, Salesforce Industries/Vlocity, Sales/Service/Experience/Data Cloud, Agentforce, and cloud certifications are preferred.
