Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to enhance system capabilities.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning and Apex (nice-to-have)
- Ability to lead technical design, architecture, and solution delivery for Salesforce projects
- Experience with coding best practices, testing, and deployment processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application and integration issues
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills
- Mentorship and leadership experience to guide junior developers
- Awareness of latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
