We are hiring for a Salesforce Tech Lead for our internal projects at Simpliigence .Reporting to the Technical Architect and will work closely with Technical Project Manager, Functional Architect, Pod BA,managing 3–5 Salesforce Developers within the pod.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Task Assignment: Assigns and tracks developer tasks every morning,knows what is blocked before the status call.
Requirements Bridge: Reads BA requirements with each developer before coding begins,catches mismatches before rework
Daily Standup : Chairs the 15-minute pod standup; architects are not in the room unless there is a genuine escalation
First Code Review Reviews all code before it reaches the Technical Architect,enforces standards at pod level.
Upskilling Cascade : Attends fortnightly Technical Architect sessions,multiplies learning across pod developers
Risk Surfacing: Flags technical risks to the Technical Architect and delivery risks to the TPM before they become blockers.
Developer Mentoring:First point of support for pod developers; grows capability so the pod becomes increasingly self-sufficient.
Platform Expertise — Required
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development — deep platform knowledge, not surface-level configuration
• Apex (classes, triggers, async patterns — batch, queueable, scheduled), Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL
• Declarative tools at depth: Flows (screen, record-triggered, scheduled), Process Builder migration, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields
• Integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and Salesforce Connect
• Data migration experience: data loader, external IDs, upsert patterns, and migration validation strategies
• Security model: OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules, field-level security, and permission sets
• DevOps fundamentals: Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, version control (Git), and deployment pipelines (Gearset, Copado, or equivalent)
Platform Expertise — Preferred
• Sales, Service and any Industry Cloud — strong advantage given our primary vertical
• Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud configuration
• OmniStudio (DataRaptors, FlexCards, OmniScripts)
• Managed package development and ISV patterns
• JavaScript (ES6+) for advanced LWC customization.
