Client : A leading digital transformation company with technology expertise in SAP, Salesforce, Product Engineering & Data Analytical services based in Pune
SalesForce Development Support . Location : Mumbai
Experience Required: 2–4 years of experience in Salesforce Support (L1/L2) – Apex, LWC, Visual Force lighting, SOQL; o Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets; Workflows / Process Builder / Flows
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps
Troubleshoot user-reported issues related to:
o User access, profiles, permission sets; Workflows, flows, validation rules
o Reports and dashboards; Page layouts and record types
Handle tickets through ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) within defined SLA
Perform user onboarding, offboarding, and permission management
Coordinate with Salesforce Developers and Admins for complex issues (L3)
Support deployments, UAT, and post-release activities
Monitor system performance and data integrity
Prepare and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and end users
Required Skills Technical:
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration
