Fuzixel Technologies is hiring a Salesforce Support Analyst to join our remote India team. You will be the primary responder for Salesforce incidents, configuration requests, and process improvements — ensuring stability, usability, and user satisfaction across our Salesforce platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 Salesforce support: triage, reproduce, and resolve incidents across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Manage case lifecycle in ticketing tools: intake, prioritize, route, escalate, and update stakeholders to meet SLAs.
- Perform declarative configuration: profiles, permission sets, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, and workflow rules to implement business requests.
- Troubleshoot data and integration issues using SOQL and Data Loader; execute controlled data fixes and imports with audit trails.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to validate bug fixes, test releases in sandboxes, and support production deployments.
- Create and maintain knowledge-base articles, runbooks, and user-facing help materials to reduce repeat incidents.
Skills & Qualifications — Must Have
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Proficiency with SOQL
- Strong Salesforce configuration skills (profiles, permission sets, page layouts, validation rules, Flows)
- Experience with case management and support processes
Preferred
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce support or administration roles
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred
