You will collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, and global programs teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric outcomes. Key Responsibilities Sales Play Strategy & Execution: Analyze and prioritize impactful sales plays that drive scalable run-rate revenue across India's Account Executives (AEs). Cross-Functional Activation: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and regional teams to deploy tailored programs that align with business goals. Global Program Alignment: Work closely with global Sales Programs teams to support and enhance pipeline generation and progression strategies. Market-Responsive Planning: Adapt sales strategies in response to evolving market trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive positioning. Ad-Hoc Program Development: Design and deliver custom sales plays based on recent wins, market segments, and industry insights. Operational Cadence: Support the execution of programmatic initiatives with structured planning, reporting, and performance tracking. Internal Communication: Drive awareness and adoption of sales plays through effective communication across internal teams using multiple channels. Leadership Support: Provide insightful, data-backed responses and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and sales program performance. Required Skills & Experience Program Management Expertise: Proven experience managing programs within a sales organization, with a strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams to achieve shared objectives. Analytical Acumen: Foundational knowledge in business intelligence, commercial structuring, or strategic analysis. Independent Ownership: High accountability and initiative to lead projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision. Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills—capable of simplifying complex ideas into actionable insights. Organizational Skills: Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Adaptability: Responsive to changing business dynamics and capable of aligning strategies to new market conditions. Preferred Background Experience in sales strategy, business consulting, finance, or sales operations within a B2B or SaaS environment. Exposure to global business environments and ability to scale initiatives across multiple regions.
