As Senior Director – Global Strategic Alliances, you will lead Jade Global’s global alliance
strategy across Salesforce and the modern Data & AI ecosystem, with a strong focus on pipeline generation, demand creation, and market expansion through partner-led go-to-market (GTM).
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role is a critical bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Alliances, responsible for building a scalable partner-driven growth engine that delivers measurable business outcomes.
You will drive joint GTM initiatives across:
● Salesforce (CRM, Customer 360, Data Cloud)
● Snowflake (data warehousing, analytics, BI)
● Databricks (data engineering, AI/ML, lakehouse)
These platforms together power the modern enterprise data stack, enabling organizations to
move from data → insights → customer activation.
In addition, you will lead a multi-alliance portfolio and team, including a direct report
responsible for SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow alliances.
-----Key Responsibilities
1. Global Alliance Strategy & Marketing-Led GTM
● Define and execute a global alliance strategy anchored in marketing-led growth and
GTM innovation.
● Build joint business plans (JBPs) with Salesforce, Snowflake, and Databricks aligned
to:
○ Demand generation
○ Pipeline growth
○ Market positioning
● Identify and scale high-impact GTM plays, such as:
○ Customer 360 + Data Cloud + Snowflake
○ AI/ML + Databricks + Salesforce○ End-to-end data-to-insight-to-action solutions
Outcomes/KPIs: Global GTM plans executed across regions, Pipeline generated through
partner-led programs, Growth in joint solution adoption.
2. Partner-Led Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership
● Own partner-driven demand generation strategy and execution globally.
● Drive pipeline creation through joint marketing programs, including:
○ Co-branded campaigns
○ Digital marketing & ABM
○ Industry events and webinars
● Partner closely with Sales to ensure:
○ Lead conversion
○ Pipeline acceleration
○ Revenue realization
Outcomes/KPIs: Partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
from alliances, Conversion rates and campaign ROI.
3. Data & AI Ecosystem GTM (Snowflake + Databricks)
● Build and scale joint GTM motions for modern data platforms:
○ Snowflake → analytics, BI, governed data
○ Databricks → AI/ML, data engineering, real-time processing
● Position Jade as a leader in:
○ AI-driven customer intelligence
○ Data modernization
○ Advanced analytics and GenAI use cases
● Align messaging with enterprise adoption trends in AI and data platforms.
Outcomes/KPIs: Pipeline from Data & AI GTM plays, Number of joint solutions launched,
Contribution to AI/analytics-driven deals.
4. Executive Partner Engagement & Co-Marketing Alignment
● Build strong executive relationships across Salesforce, Snowflake, and Databricks.
● Drive alignment on:
○ Joint marketing investments
○ Campaign priorities
○ Market positioning
● Represent Jade in:
○ Partner marketing councils
○ Executive QBRs○ Strategic planning sessions
Outcomes/KPIs: Co-marketing investments secured, Executive engagement cadence,
Increased partner visibility and mindshare.
5. Global Brand, Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Positioning
● Elevate Jade’s positioning through:
○ Joint thought leadership
○ Customer success stories
○ Analyst and partner visibility
● Drive category creation at the intersection of Data, AI, and CRM.
Outcomes/KPIs: Share of voice in target markets, Joint content performance metrics, Brand
visibility within partner ecosystems.
6. Cross-Functional Alignment (Marketing-Led Growth Engine)
● Act as the central orchestrator between Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and Practices.
● Ensure alignment on:
○ Campaign messaging
○ Solution positioning
○ Target accounts and industries
● Translate alliance strategy into executable marketing and sales plays.
Outcomes/KPIs: Sales adoption of partner-led campaigns, Improved pipeline conversion,
Faster GTM execution.
7. Team Leadership & Multi-Alliance Portfolio
● Lead and scale the alliances team within the marketing organization.
● Manage a direct report responsible for:
○ SAP
○ Workday
○ ServiceNow alliances
● Ensure consistency in:
○ GTM execution
○ KPI tracking
○ Partner engagement
Outcomes/KPIs: Performance across all alliance portfolios, Team capability and scalability,
Unified alliance GTM framework.8. Governance, Metrics & Performance Management
● Define and track marketing-aligned alliance KPIs, including:
○ Pipeline (sourced + influenced)
○ Campaign performance
○ Partner engagement metrics
● Build dashboards and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Outcomes/KPIs: Real-time alliance performance dashboards, ROI visibility on partner
marketing investments, Continuous optimization of GTM programs.-----Strategic Positioning of

Required Qualifications
● 15+ years in alliances, partner marketing, or ecosystem-led growth roles.
● Strong experience with:
○ Salesforce ecosystem
○ Data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks preferred)
● Proven track record of:
○ Driving pipeline through partner marketing and GTM programs.
○ Building joint campaigns and co-sell motions.
● Strong cross-functional leadership experience.
