Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

* 3–7+ years of Salesforce Administration/Consulting experience.

* 2+ years implementing Salesforce Spiff or another Incentive Compensation Management platform (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, SAP Commissions).

* Strong understanding of Sales Compensation and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).

* Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

* Experience with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud is preferred.

* Experience with SQL and Excel.

* Experience with APIs and integrations.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
