A Salesforce Solution Manager is a specialized expert who bridges business needs with Salesforce technology, acting as a guide to design, configure, and implement customized CRM solutions to boost sales and marketing team, often focusing on Sales Cloud by translating requirements into scalable flows, objects, and automation, ensuring the platform meets strategic goals. This role involves working with a salesforce implementation partner to discover, design, code and deploy Salesforce Platform solutions.
75% of this role involves meeting with stakeholder and other services partners to implement the best solutions for business needs.

- Responsibilities:**
5+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong expertise in OmniStudio
Salesforce admin certifications Is Mandatory
The Salesforce Solution Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, experience with customization and configuration, and excellent communication and project management skills
Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports
Develop and execute test plans and user acceptance testing
Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Lead and mentor a Salesforce development team, design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, implement Sales Cloud functionality,
Provides training, support, and Salesforce best practices
Analysis business requirements and maps them to Salesforce solutions
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
Conduct unit testing and debugging of Salesforce applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of Salesforce configurations and customizations.
Configuration & Implementation: Hands-on setup of Salesforce features, ensuring best practices, and minimizing technical debt.
