Responsibilities
• Provide overall architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects.
• Create prototypes and proof of concepts to define project requirements.
• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and identify custom solution needs.
• Lead requirement gathering, project sizing, and solution scoping activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Salesforce implementation strategies.
• Architect scalable data models supporting enterprise business requirements.
• Drive technical discussions, resolve blockers, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Work on Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Handle large-scale data migration and integration activities.
• Support sales and lead generation activities related to Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct webinars, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders across locations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and Salesforce optimization workflows.
• Analyze lead generation and CRM performance metrics for improvements.
Requirements
• 8–10+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience.
• Salesforce Architecture Certifications are mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and Force.com.
• Experience in Experience Cloud and Health Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of OmniStudio/Vlocity (Salesforce Industries).
• Experience with Copado for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, integrations, and migrations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in enterprise Salesforce project delivery.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in selling Salesforce products/services is an added advantage.
