We are looking for a results-driven Salesforce Solution Architect with 8-10 years of experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, enterprise-grade CRM ecosystems. The ideal candidate has a proven track record across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning — spanning strategic roadmap definition and vendor evaluation through hands-on technical governance and go-live.

Key Responsibilities
Architect complex integrations and orchestrate large-scale org transformations while reducing technical debt and enforcing security best practices.
Lead strategic roadmap definition, vendor evaluation, and end-to-end solution delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
Drive pre-sales activities including solution design, RFP preparation, effort estimation, and executive presentation.
Lead end-to-end enablement of Field Service Lightning (FSL), digitising and automating manual field service workflows for field agent.
Implement High Velocity Sales (Sales Engagement) to streamline sales rep workflows — delivered a 30% reduction in manual effort
Partner closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
Provide technical governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architecture standards and security best practices.
Required Skills & Experience.
8-10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and CRM ecosystem design.
Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL
Proven experience architecting complex integrations and leading large-scale org transformations
Experience implementing High Velocity Sales / Sales Engagement.
Strong pre-sales background: solution design, RFP responses, effort estimation, executive-level presentations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Salesforce Architect certifications (preferred)
