Hiring Alert | Salesforce Solution Architect
Experience: Relevant experience in Salesforce Architecture Solution Design
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Architecture, Solution Design, Integration, Estimation, Architecture Frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define architecture strategies
Architect and oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds
Ensure Salesforce ecosystem aligns with business objectives, governance, and best practices
Drive architecture reviews, solution assessments, migration planning, and transformation initiatives
Create architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical documentation
Lead technical discussions and mentor development teams on architecture standards
Required Skills Qualifications
Deep expertise in Salesforce products Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud
Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Integrations
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and integration frameworks
Strong understanding of SOA Microservices-based Architecture
Expertise in Architecture Patterns, Architectural Styles Architecture Principles
Experience in Capacity Planning, Compliance Evaluation, TCO Evaluation Cost Benefit Analysis
Strong exposure to Application Re-architecting Architecture Trade-off Analysis Method (ATAM)
Knowledge of Solutioning NFRs, Migration Planning, Transformation Enterprise Architecture
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Architect Certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or advanced Salesforce modules Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
