Solution Architect – Salesforce (Sales, Service, Agentforce, Einstein AI)
Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore / Pune/Noida/Gurugram
Full-time with Info Services
Work Timing: 2 PM – 11 PM IST
Must have:
- Strong Salesforce Solution Architecture experience
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud
- Deep expertise in Service Cloud
- Strong hands-on Agentforce implementation or Certification
- Strong hands-on Einstein AI (AI capabilities, prompt builder, AI-driven workflows)
- Strong understanding of Flows vs Apex architecture decisions.
