Role: Salesforce Slack Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long term
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote
We are seeking a Salesforce Slack SME to lead the design, configuration, and adoption of Salesforce-native Slack capabilities. This role focuses on enabling Slack-First collaboration by connecting Salesforce data, records, and workflows directly into Slack.
This is not a general Slack admin role we need someone with hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Slack integrations as a core CRM collaboration layer.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and configuration of Salesforce-native Slack integrations
- Implement Salesforce Channels, Sales Cloud for Slack, and Service Cloud for Slack
- Enable collaboration around Salesforce records (accounts, opportunities, cases) in Slack
- Configure CRM-driven alerts and notifications inside Slack
- Establish governance for Salesforce data visibility in Slack
- Support rollout, training, and adoption across business teams
- Create documentation and best-practice playbooks
🔹 Required Experience:
- 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Admin/Consultant/BA)
- Direct hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Slack integrations
- Experience delivering 1–2 projects where Slack + Salesforce was the primary focus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and record visibility
