Job Description:
1) Working exp & knowledge of Omnichannel, Einstein (Conversation Insights, Conversation Catch-Up, Article Recommendation) reporting/dashboards, routing, unified knowledge, Agentforce, Data 360, Apex & LWC, JS, CSS
2) Exp of working on integrations - Salesforce Unified Knowledge integrated with Data Cloud, SharePoint and external sources
3) Should be a quick learner
4) Should be able to drive & mentor a team of developers
5) Should have good verbal & written communication skills
6) Should be able to co-ordinate with integration, upstream & downstream tech partners
7) Good to have - Knowledge of AWS connect & associated services
8) Good at technical documentation
