🚀 We’re Hiring: Salesforce Consultant / PL / PM – Service & Marketing Cloud
📍 Location: Noida

Are you passionate about transforming customer engagement through Salesforce? We are looking for a dynamic Consultant / Project Lead / Project Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud to lead end-to-end digital transformation programs.
🔎 What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end implementations across Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud
• Drive discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design
• Deliver impactful client demos and presentations
• Integrate third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and Connected Apps
• Manage project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee governance across multiple workstreams
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and client sponsors
✅ Must-Have Skills:
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud
• Proven track record of successful implementations
• Strong solutioning and client-facing experience
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Ability to lead engagements from kick-off to go-live
⭐ Good to Have:
• PMI / PMP Certification
• Experience with Experience Cloud / Community Cloud
• Exposure to AI-driven solutions (Agentic AI preferred)
Experience Required:
8–15 years in Salesforce consulting / implementation
