Position: Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Location: Trivandrum
JOB DESCRIPTION
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, harmonization, data modeling, segmentation, and activation.
- Strong proficiency in the Salesforce Platform, covering configuration, customization, administration, and data governance.
- Ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, where relevant to Data Cloud integrations.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, including sharing, field-level security, data access controls, and best practices for handling large-scale datasets.
- Experience in troubleshooting Salesforce applications and integrations, including MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
Good-to-Have
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-based Salesforce capabilities.
- Knowledge of Service Now and JIRA
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Optimize the performance of Salesforce Service Cloud through code enhancements and best practices.
- Good Communication Skills
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for data management and analytics
2 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations (mulesoft).
3 Design, develop, troubleshoot and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
4 Salesforce Data Cloud Platform Adminstration
