Position : Consultant
Agreement : 3 months, extendable
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce consultant with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC). We need a consultant who can configure the Salesforce and SFMC components, help define the required integration touch points, and support end-to-end testing.
Required Skills and Experience :
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Case workflows.
Experience creating or supporting case-related tasks, subtasks, statuses, and automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Experience with Journey Builder, Data Extensions, and triggered communication flows.
Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting Marketing Cloud Connect.
