Senior Salesforce Consultant
The Role
As a Technical Expert, you will drive the hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform within the high-stakes MedTech sector. You will bridge the gap between complex medical business requirements and cutting-edge technology, leveraging Salesforce AI and automation to improve outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Custom Development: Lead the architecture and coding of scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow, ensuring seamless integration with medical devices and external health data systems.
- AI Innovation: Identify opportunities to implement AI capabilities to drive predictive analytics and intelligent automation in a clinical or diagnostic context.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, translating medical business goals into robust technical roadmaps across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
- End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full SDLC—from requirements gathering and technical design to CI/CD management, testing, and deployment.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and healthcare data compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 7+ years in technical development, with 5+ years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integration Patterns. Proven ability to balance declarative vs. programmatic solutions.
- MedTech/AI Aptitude: Experience (or strong interest) in healthcare technology, data privacy (HIPAA/GDPR), and applying AI/Machine Learning to business processes.
- Certifications: At least four Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II or Architect track credentials.
- DevOps: Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, or GitHub Actions) and version control.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex architectural decisions to both technical teams and non-technical medical stakeholders.
