Role description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Max Senior Developer to design develop and maintain scalable Field Service Management solutions on the Salesforce platform The role involves handson development integrations and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver highquality Service Max implementations
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and customize ServiceMax solutions on the Salesforce platform
Develop Apex classes triggers Lightning AuraLWC Visualforce pages and ServiceMax SFMs
Configure and customize ServiceMax modules such as Work Orders Installed Products Contracts and Inventory
Build and maintain integrations using RESTSOAP APIs and middleware tools
Implement workflow automation using Flows Process Builder batch jobs and schedulers
Ensure code quality through unit testing code reviews and adherence to Salesforce best practices
Support deployments using CICD tools and manage releases using SFDX Change Sets or migration tools
Collaborate with Solution Architects Business Analysts and QA teams across the SDLC
Provide production support troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Required Skills Experience
5 years of Salesforce development experience with 3 years in ServiceMax
Strong handson experience with Apex SOQL SOSL Lightning Aura and LWC
Deep understanding of ServiceMax data model and Field Service processes
Experience with Salesforce security model profiles permission sets and sharing rules
Integration experience with external systems and data migration tools
Experience working in AgileScrum environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning FSL and Asset 360
Knowledge of CICD tools such as Copado or Gearset
ServiceMax or Salesforce certifications
Experience with multiple Field Service Management products
