Job Title: Salesforce Senior Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce architecture, along with hands-on experience in customization and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Develop and maintain applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Customize standard Salesforce functionalities including workflows, process builder, and validation rules
- Manage and optimize Salesforce data model, security model, and user access controls
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, roles, profiles, and data management
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement new features where applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce data model, security model, workflows, and process automation
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration (user setup, security, data handling)
- Good understanding of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
