About the role
Responsibilities:
As Sales strategy and operations manager, you will be working closely and partnering with seasoned sales leaders, sales strategy team and cross functional stakeholders across the organisation, your primary responsibilities will include Converting data into actionable insights, own analytics and insights, identify what's working well, what needs to be fixed, gaps, blind spots and help address the issues early on. You will engage and share business insights with stakeholders proactively.
Develop strong understanding of existing Business intelligence tools, dashboards and capabilities, enable sales leadership to run their business using data insights and objectively.
Proactively engage and partner with stakeholders across the organization, make it easy and simple for stakeholders by defining and formalising the success metrics and key KPIs, source of truth and where to find required and data and insights
Track progress against goals, priorities and initiatives on a regular basis
Jointly own Business reviews, OBRs, annual planning process.
