About the Role
A fast-growing technology consulting startup is hiring a high-ownership Sales Executive to drive growth for its Salesforce staffing and services business.
This is a pure hunting and client acquisition role focused on:
- Salesforce staffing sales
- IT services sales
- implementation/AMS/T&M engagements
- enterprise relationship building
- deal closures
We are looking for someone who can independently build pipeline, open enterprise conversations, and close business in a fast-moving startup environment.
This role works directly with founders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales for Salesforce staffing and implementation services
- Generate pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and partner channels
- Build relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, delivery heads, and enterprise stakeholders
- Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Position Salesforce staffing, AMS, implementation, and T&M solutions
- Handle pricing discussions, commercials, negotiations, and contract closures
- Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal delivery and recruitment teams during execution
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline and pipeline visibility
- Travel for client meetings when required
Core Requirements
- 4–6 years of B2B IT services, staffing, or Salesforce sales experience
- Strong hunting and client acquisition background
- Prior exposure to enterprise sales conversations
- Experience handling consultative or solution-based selling
- Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building
- Strong commercial negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Startup mindset with high ownership and execution focus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
