We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant to join a CRM Sales Cloud product team for a US enterprise client. If you like clean, out-of-the-box solutions over heavy customization — and enjoy working directly with Product Managers — read on.
Location: Fully remote (stable, high-speed internet is a must)
Engagement: Contract, 6–12 months
Shift: US EST hours — 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST
Experience: 4–4.5+ years, hands-on Salesforce
WHAT YOU'LL DO
▸ Work closely with Product Managers and the Product Anchor to drive continuous technical improvement in the CRM Sales Cloud team
▸ Understand and execute the solutions requested by the Product Manager and Product Anchor — clarify acceptance criteria and provide options, avoiding customization wherever possible
▸ Collaborate with other developers to reduce complexity, using out-of-the-box capabilities whenever possible
▸ Deliver engineering excellence (best practices and quality) iteratively, according to the vision of the Product Manager and Product Anchor, to meet customer needs
▸ Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile, and user-centric perspective
▸ Contribute to improved development practices, structure, technology, and tools
HANDS-ON SALESFORCE SCOPE
▸ Manage and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud — Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, and Pipeline Management
▸ Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and approval processes
▸ Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making
▸ Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data security
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▸ 4–4.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with strong Sales Cloud depth
▸ Strong configuration and declarative skills, with good judgment on when NOT to customize
▸ Comfortable in agile teams and in direct conversation with product stakeholders
▸ Salesforce Administrator/ Sales Cloud Consultant certification preferred
▸ Clear English communication — you'll interact with US stakeholders daily
▸ Able to commit to the 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST shift consistently
