Job Description
We are looking for a
Salesforce QA / Testing Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications and CRM workflows. The role involves validating end-to-end business processes, ensuring platform quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Administration concepts.
- Experience in testing Salesforce applications and CRM workflows.
- Knowledge of test case preparation and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with Salesforce objects, validation rules, flows, workflows, profiles, and permission sets.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environment is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Admin certification is an added advantage.
- Candidates with prior experience in IT Services / Consulting companies preferred.
